SPECIALTY SHOWS

The Cocker Spaniel Club of New Jersey will be holding our annual specialty shows on Friday, May 2, 2025.  Our shows are held indoors at the National Guard Armory located at 107 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Riverdale, NJ.  The site is easily accessible from Route 287 and Route 23. The entrance to the show area is located around the back of the building, directly from the parking lot.  We always welcome all visitors who want to learn more about Cocker Spaniels and why they make wonderful companions.  Our morning shows starts at about 9 am and the second show starts at about 1 pm.  We invite you to come watch, bring a comfortable chair and bring your well-behaved Cocker Spaniel (that is at least 6 months old per AKC rules).

This year we are welcoming David Roberts from North Carolina and James Fehring from Oklahoma as our judges.  We look forward to having them on our panel as both judges have an extensive history with our breed.  Please see below for a link to our Premium List and for easy access to complete your entry online.  Entries close on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.  We will have lunch available for a nominal fee.  Seating is provided but you are also welcome to bring your own chair.  Come out and watch some of the top winning cocker spaniels in our area, meet local breeders and learn about the sport of dog shows.  The Judging Program will have exact times and directions to our show site.  The link below will be active when the Judging Program is available (usually about a week before the show date).    There is NO CHARGE for admission.  Hope to see you there.
